  • 簽名與原創性： 每一幅實體畫作均附有藝術家的原創簽名，作為作品真實性之證明。

  • 權利限制： 購買實體藝術品僅代表您擁有該實體作品的所有權。作品的版權（包括但不限於複製權、數碼化權及商業開發權）始終由 Lost in Aroid 保留。 未經本公司書面授權，嚴禁對任何作品進行翻印、掃描、修改或用於任何商業用途。

  • Ownership: All artwork, images, designs, and content displayed on this Site are the exclusive property of Lost in Aroid.

  • Signature & Authenticity: Each physical artwork bears the artist's original signature as proof of authenticity.

  • Rights Limitation: Purchase of a physical artwork grants the buyer ownership of that specific physical piece only. Copyright of the artwork (including but not limited to reproduction, digitization, and commercial use) remains solely with Lost in Aroid. Any reproduction, scanning, modification, or commercial use of the artwork without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. 付款條款 (Payment Terms)

我們接受以下付款方式：

  • Shopify Payments： 接受多種主要信用卡及電子支付。

  • 其他手動支付： 我們亦接受銀行轉賬 (Bank Transfer)、PayMe 及轉數快 (FPS)。如欲使用此類方式付款，請電郵至 lostinaroid@gmail.com 與我們聯絡，我們將提供相關的入數資料。訂單將在確認收到款項後開始處理。

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Shopify Payments: Major credit cards and digital wallets.

  • Manual Payments: We also accept Bank Transfer, PayMe, and FPS. To use these methods, please contact us at lostinaroid@gmail.com for payment details. Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully verified.

4. 免責聲明 (Disclaimer)

我們盡力確保本網站資訊的準確性，但對於因使用本網站或購買產品而產生的任何間接、偶然或連帶損失，Lost in Aroid 恕不承擔法律責任。作品顏色可能會因閣下的螢幕顯示設定而有所差異，請以實物為準。

While we strive for accuracy, Lost in Aroid shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this Site or the purchase of products. Actual artwork colors may vary slightly from those seen on screen due to monitor settings.

本條款及所有交易受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其解釋。如有任何爭議，將交由香港法院審理。

These terms and all transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
