本店出售的每一幅美術作品,均為藝術家傾注心血的原創心血結晶。由於原創藝術品的獨特性質,每一道筆觸、色彩層次與紋理都具有不可複製的專屬感。
基於藝術品的唯一性,以及為確保每位收藏家收到的都是未經轉手的全新原創作品,本店所有售出的作品恕不接受退款、退貨或換貨。
Every artwork sold in our store is an original creation poured with the artist's dedication. Due to the unique nature of original art, the brushstrokes, color layers, and textures carry an unreplicable exclusivity.
To preserve the integrity and uniqueness of the art, and to ensure every collector receives a brand-new, untampered original piece, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

關於螢幕色差 (A Note on Color Variations)

Please note that due to variations in monitor and device display settings, the colors of the artwork in the photos may differ slightly from the actual piece. This is perfectly normal and cannot be used as a reason for returns or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
運送途中的損壞 (Damages During Transit)
我們在包裝每一件藝術品時,都會採取最嚴格的防護措施。然而,若作品在運送過程中不幸發生嚴重損壞,請按照以下步驟與我們聯絡,我們將全力為您提供協助:

請在簽收包裹後的 3天內 聯絡我們。

提供您的訂單編號,以及清晰的包裝外箱、防護材料及作品受損部分的開箱照片/影片。

由於作品是獨一無二的,我們無法提供完全相同的替換品。經確認屬於物流損壞後,我們將視情況為您提供修復建議、安排退回並退還商店購物金(Store Credit),或與您協商其他專案處理方式。
We take the utmost care and use strict protective measures when packaging every piece of art. However, if your artwork arrives severely damaged due to transit mishandling, please follow these steps, and we will do our best to assist you:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Provide your order number, along with clear unboxing photos/videos of the exterior packaging, protective materials, and the damaged artwork.

Because each piece is unique, we cannot offer an exact replacement. Upon verification of transit damage, we will work with you to offer repair advice, arrange a return for store credit, or discuss a customized resolution.
