感謝您對 Lost in Aroid 的支持。我們致力於確保您的藝術品安全抵達。

1. 訂單處理 (Order Processing)

確認收到款項後，我們通常需要 3至5個工作天 來處理訂單及進行專業包裝。

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and professional packaging after payment is confirmed.

2. 運送方式與安排 (Shipping Methods)

【本地運送 - 香港】專屬團隊送遞 (Local Dedicated Team Delivery)

為了確保作品得到最妥善的照顧，香港本地訂單將由 Lost in Aroid 的專屬團隊專人送達。

• 預約： 下單後，我們的團隊專員會透過電郵或 WhatsApp 與您約定送貨時間。

• 範圍： 涵蓋全港主要地區（部分偏遠地區或需另行協商）。

All local Hong Kong orders will be delivered by our dedicated in-house team to ensure maximum safety. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp to schedule a delivery time.

【國際運送】需聯絡報價 (International Shipping - Quote Required)

我們為全球收藏家提供運送服務，並委託 FedEx 或 DHL 等頂級快遞進行配送。

• 獲取運費報價： 由於藝術品尺寸及重量不一，國際運費將根據目的地個別計算。請在下單前透過電郵 (lostinaroid@gmail.com) 聯絡我們獲取準確的報價。

• 關稅： 所有國際訂單產生的進口稅或關稅需由買家自行承擔。

We ship worldwide via premium couriers like FedEx or DHL.

• Shipping Quote: As shipping costs vary by size, weight, and destination, please contact us at lostinaroid@gmail.com for a customized shipping quote before placing your order.

• Customs: Any import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

3. 物流風險 (Shipping Risks)

我們會為每一件作品提供專業防護包裝。一旦包裹轉交給第三方快遞公司（國際運送），運送途中的風險將由快遞公司承擔。若發生損毀，請於簽收後 3天內 聯絡我們以協助辦理索償。

We invest heavily in professional packaging. For international shipments, the risk of transit lies with the courier once the package is handed over. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if any damage occurs.
